Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NG, or its members, attorneys, employees or affiliates, or contributors to the NG Site, be liable for any loss or injury, or any damages, whether direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or otherwise, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, resulting from your access or use of the NG Site. You hereby waive any and all such claims against NG, its partners, affiliates, and contributors. You agree that the limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of this agreement, and that the NG Site and its materials would not be provided to you absent such limitations. Indemnification
You agree that you will not use the NG Site for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use. The NG Site is not intended to be a solicitation.

You agree that electronic mail sent by you to NG will not be treated as confidential or invoke an attorney-client privilege; provided, however, that if you are an existing client of NG and you send an electronic mail to NG pertaining to a matter in which NG then represents you, such electronic mail may be entitled to be treated as confidential or privileged. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that electronic mail and the Internet are generally insecure media of communication, and NG cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any electronic mail sent to or received by it or any information submitted by you to NG through the NG Site.
Authorized Practice
The Counsel for NG and other attorneys from time to time engaged by NG are licensed to practice only in those jurisdictions set forth in that attorney’s biography on the NG Site. Except as specifically stated, each NG attorney is not certified (including as a specialist) by any professional or government authority. The listing of any practice segment or group is not intended to indicate any professional or governmental certification.
No Warranty of Results
The information on the NG Site may contain descriptions of matters in which NG successfully represented its clients. The results of these matters were dependent on their specific circumstances, and are in no way intended to be predictive of future results, even in similar circumstances, or offer any type of guarantee or assurance of outcome. Governing Law and Forum
You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the NG Site or these Notices and Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico without reference to conflict of laws that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico’s Court of First Instance, San Juan Part, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
