Counsel Núñez earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where he served as Associate Director and Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, also from the University of Puerto Rico.

He is licensed to practice in Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit — uniquely positioning him to bridge mainland US legal matters with Puerto Rico jurisdiction. He provides seamless counsel and representation in both English and Spanish.
